We have designed a unique process specifically for our customers called the “4D Process”.
Our process is made up of four unique milestones to ensure communication, efficiency, clarity and consistency.
The discovery phase is the first milestone of our process and the most important. The discovery phase helps us determine what you need and what we can do to help. In this phase you can expect professional consultations and profile setup to get your project started quickly.
The decide phase is the second milestone of our process and dependent on our customers end as we require our customers to provide text content, pictures and logins. We essentially create a skeleton that our customers flesh out. Because this phase is so important we won’t start the designing of a project until this phase is completed.
The design phase is the third milestone of our process and typically the longest part, as our designer is working hard at creating a rough draft. Each project gets two rounds of revisions ensuring your project is designed to meet your specific requirements.
The deliver phase is the fourth and final milestone of our process. In this phase we make your site go live, make sure your email is working correctly and provide comprehensive training on how to use your website or mobile app.
